Marc Guibert was certified as Maître -Restaurateur at the Grand Hotel in Ussel according to French law on 07/30/2012, certification renewed on 03/02/17.
The title “Maître-Restaurateur” is a quality label, granted by the French public authorities in order to acknowledge best practices and know -how.

The Chef, his team and myself offer you an original and genuine French cuisine, where the produces and flavours of the Limousin region mix in with the resources of other French provinces, or simply our inventions or heartfelt discoveries.
Menus vary according to the season and are carefully composed so that you may discover the local produces : trouts, countryside cheeses, hams and sausages, local meat, foie gras, magrets, confits, boletus and much more. We rely on fresh products, so that we sometimes have to change the side dishes or are even unable to serve some of the courses listed on the menu. We do apologize beforehand should it happen.
